I am a graduate of North Carolina State University. I received my Bachelor of Science in Biology with a focus on Education and Environmental Science. Since graduation, I have taken on a job as a Field Biologist for a Biological Supply and Education materials company, continued my passion of educating children and adults in my community, traveling to different ecosystems and towns across North Carolina, and found new hobbies that I enjoy. While I enjoy tutoring in a wide variety of subjects, I find most enjoyment in K-12 Life Sciences, specifically Biology, Environmental science, and Chemistry. I also have a lot of experience helping high school students prepare for Advanced Placement standardized tests. I have found that, together, we enjoy focusing on vocabulary and essay writing. My beliefs are very in favor of putting education first, and it is absolutely a right of all to have a quality education to put them ahead in life. Learning and education is meant to be enjoyable, and not a chore. I aim to push this with all of my students and peers.
