I am a graduate of St. Olaf College with a B.A. in Physics and Mathematics. Since graduation, I have been conducting research in gravitational wave detection at the University of Minnesota. During my time at St. Olaf, I tutored for three years and served as a lead tutor in the physics department, where fostering a strong sense of community was paramount. My passion lies in physics and astrophysics, but I also find great joy in tutoring mathematics. I thrive on helping students navigate conceptual challenges through example problems, which consistently leads to rewarding sessions for both the students and myself. I firmly believe that education is essential for enhancing one's quality of life, and I strive to instill this appreciation in every student I work with. In my free time, I enjoy exploring film photography, playing the piano, and engaging in Olympic weightlifting.
