Currently, I am working as an online tutor teaching academic subjects to pupils. The reason I am passionate about helping students is because it is an action which contributes a positive impact for people.

My previous work experience includes teaching students of all ages at different institutions both in the UK and in Asia which involved teaching college Business and International Trade majors Reading and Writing in English for academic purposes and Conversational English to college students whose majors were, Education, Business and Translation.

Before that, I worked in teaching kindergarten, primary, middle and high schools English as a foreign language. Along with the school pupils, my responsibilities involved teaching other staff members English skills.

My first job as an educator was to school nursery, primary, secondary school and college students in English Language, Literature, Maths and Science according to the UK National Curriculum.

I studied Business, Economics and Finance at London Metropolitan University and attained a Bachelor of Arts degree.

The subjects I currently tutor cover a broad range including ACT English, ACT Science, ACT Writing, Adult ESL/ELL, Adult, English and Test Prep. I also tutor A-Level subjects. Within advance level tutoring, my favourite subjects to tutor are A-Level Psychology and A-Level Philosophy as I find it fascinating to explore different principles and theories along with their practical applications with students. It is also very interesting to engage with students in discussions on these subjects.

My teaching style is to start by understanding the student's learning intentions and then to facilitate and assist them in reaching these aims. The teaching philosophy I have in mind is to have an overall objective to help the student acquire skills and knowledge within the subject they are learning so that they can get to the point where they can exhibit long term independent learning in it.

Outside of academia, I much like to cook and sample foods from all around the world. I like to spend time trying out meals at restaurants and buying ingredients to make my own rendition of them.
