I have a Master's in English and have been teaching for over 20 years. Recently, I took a Saga coaching course to hone my tutoring skills. My tutoring style is learner centered and the first thing I do in our session is boost your confidence. I am patient and I like for you to ask me any questions you have. I want you to learn the skills necessary to write A+ papers! The classes I have taught include writing, humanities, humanities with an Africana emphasis, literary theory, American literature, British literature, women's literature, and African American literature.
