Hello, I'm Aida, a medical student at University of Southampton. Throughout my academic career, I have achieved straight A* grades in both my GCSEs and A Levels, and most recently have completed a dissertation for a rare eye cancer, Uveal melanoma.

I aim to focus on exam question technique and common patterns needed to score marks, which worked well for me during my own revision. I appreciate how overwhelming exam season can be, having experienced upwards of 10 exam seasons myself, so I aim to break down content into manageable chunks. I also achieved three offers from universities to study medicine and have experience in mentoring others in writing their personal statements.

I have been a tutor for over two years now, mainly tutoring A Level Chemistry, and GCSE Biology and Chemistry. I am most experienced in the AQA exam boards but I am happy to adapt to whatever exam board you are studying.

I like to cover one specific topic in each session, and spend some time working through the content collaboratively to prevent any common misconceptions. I aim to keep things interactive, and sessions will always finish with exam-style questions, to keep you prepared and so that you can see your progress.

I am happy to set extra exam questions to complete on a week by week basis, to ensure you are retaining the things we have covered together.

Of course, these sessions are yours, and are fully customisable to meet whatever learning style works best for you.
