I am a graduate of The University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis. I received my Masters of Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. I also have a Bachelor's of Science degree from the University of North Dakota in Retail Merchandising. I've taught English language and cultural learning in Beijing, China and studied abroad in France in high school. I have also spent time teaching vacation bible school to children, confirmation lessons, and led bible studies to adults. I really like to mentor, coach, tutor and teach. I am also a constant learner and have several certifications post graduation. I am SAS, SQL, Salesforce Administrator and Associate, Scrum Master and Certified Product Owner. I love to learn and I love support others in their learning journey.
When I'm not working or learning, I'm a mom to two little kids, I'm married and have a beagle named Molly. As a family we love to be outside and explore new parks and places. I'm very passionate about cooking with and without my kids. We love to try new restaurants and recipes and do a lot of reading in our house as well.
In my experience, creating a safe space for people to ask questions and fail can turn a struggle into a love of learning. I hope that I can help students of all ages feel comfortable and allow them to learn at their own pace without the pressure of failure. I believe that building strong connections can help people connect to the work they are doing. I also believe that we are never too old or too young to learn and that a pursuit of passions can lead to lifetime fulfillment of joy and growth.
