I am an elementary special education teacher who enjoys tutoring as a secondary job. My certifications are Kansas and Missouri elementary general education and K-12 special education. I love working with all students, but my passion is for people with autism. I have experience tutoring and teacher PreK-9th grade in both general and special education. My favorite subjects include math, reading, social and emotional development, and executive functioning. My bachelor's degree is in vocal pedagogy and performance with a theater arts minor, master's in special education, and I am almost half-way finished with my doctorate in curriculum and instruction! My philosophy for education is always student-centered. I customize each child's instruction to their needs and learning strengths.
