In the span of my career from 2017 to 2023, I dedicated myself to ensuring the safety and compliance of the transportation industry as a Motor Carrier Safety Auditor and DOT Inspector. My primary responsibilities included conducting audits on New Entrant Carriers that had recently obtained a DOT#, ensuring they met stringent safety standards. Additionally, I conducted Level I inspections on Commercial Motor Vehicles (CMV) and their drivers at weigh stations, contributing to the overall safety of our roadways.

Prior to my role in enforcement, I spent the years 2009 to 2016 as an Owner/Operator, traversing through all states in the lower Forty-Eight, with the exception of just four, all within a remarkable nine-month timeframe. This hands-on experience in the trucking industry provided me with invaluable insights into its intricacies and challenges.

With nine years immersed in the trucking sector and an additional six years on the enforcement side, I possess a comprehensive understanding of both perspectives, uniquely positioning me to address safety and compliance concerns effectively.

Complementing my practical experience is an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice, a testament to my commitment to a strong foundation in the principles of law and order. Currently, I am actively pursuing an Administrative Business degree, further expanding my skill set and knowledge base.
