I am a University of Houston graduate (go coogs!). I received my Bachelor's of Science in Human Development and Family Studies with a minor in Psychology. I have worked as a high school teacher for almost five years teaching Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Environmental Science. I guess you can say I have done it all! While I do love ALL of these subjects, my absolute favorites are Algebra and Geometry. My specialty is breaking down really hard to understand concepts and working on intentional practice so that students can improve their math skills.
