Hello! I'm Ms. Melinda Rogers, and I am passionate about fostering a love of learning in young children. With over 5 years of experience in education, I hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from Liberty University. My journey has allowed me to work with students from Pre-K through 6th grade, including those with diverse abilities and backgrounds. I specialize in elementary school reading, phonics, and preschool foundational skills. My teaching philosophy centers around making learning engaging and interactive through the use of props, songs, and hands-on activities. I believe that when lessons are fun, students are more likely to stay engaged and succeed. I am dedicated to creating a positive and supportive learning environment where each child can thrive.
