I am a chemistry graduate from FIU. I have tutored elementary children while doing my bachelors degree. Since graduating, I have tutored high school students in physics, SAT math and ACT science. I start my Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the University of Florida this fall. I use hands-on learning to tutor, and encourage students to like the STEM field.

I am a visual learner and use drawing and manipulatives to help students learn. I have taken students in my class up at least one grade level. Often my students rise more than one grade level with my help. I have used music and games to help students understand a concept. I have many different ways of helping students grasp the information.

During the course of my degree I taught multiple classes and was a walk-in tutor for the Science and Math learning center.In my years of being a teacher and a student I've found there is always more than one way to explain any given subject.
