Working with students is one of my biggest passions. There's a unique perspective of the nursing career that students are able to see. My nursing career started in 2015 after graduating from Northern Kentucky University with a BSN. After working at the bedside for 6 years, I decided to go back to school to advance my education. Recently, I completed my MSN. Currently, I am working toward my Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner certification.

The subject I have tutored most often is the NCLEX. This is a fun subject for me because it combines the general knowledge of nursing with test taking skills. Nursing tests are unlike any other type of exam. The correct answer can seem incredibly confusing due to the multiple viable options.
