I've been a teacher in the U.K. for over 20 years, teaching in some of the leading Independent Schools in both England and Scotland. I've taught pupils from ages 7 - 18 but a high proportion of my teaching has concentrated on pupils from 10 - 13. At the upper end, I have taught GCSE, A'Level and the I.B.

My specialise in Classics (Latin, Greek and Classical Civilisation), though I have taught and tutored in all mainstream subjects; latterly I have done so in Europe and in Hong Kong. I really love my teaching and have a fun and energetic style - whilst showing patience and care for the students I work with.

I have tutored Latin, Greek and French for a long time - all through when I was teaching in U.K. schools. I started tutoring the whole range of school subjects when I took up a job to teach abroad; I have been teaching abroad for five years now and love it!

I attended school (High School in the U.S.!) in the west of the U.K. and boarded there for 11 years! I was heavily involved in music, drama, sport and outdoor activities as well as my academic studies. I then moved to London where I studied Latin and Greek (amongst other subjects) at University College, London, before moving to Cambridge to study teaching.

In 2017, I started working as an international tutor, working in Sweden, Switzerland, Mozambique and Italy. I then worked for a family in Hong Kong for 3 years.
