I am a graduate of Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly called Ryerson University). I received my Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a minor in Psychology. I graduated with distinction. For the past 5 years, I have worked as tutor in after-school programs helping elementary and high school students in math, science and reading. I have also tutored university nursing students for the NCLEX-RN. I am most passionate about Biology. I currently work as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department where I am able to see how pathophysiology and biology affect human bodies everyday. My favourite part is educating patients and families about specific illnesses and treatments. I believe every student is capable in achieving their goals. I tutor to not only help students excel in their learning but also so they can enjoy the process.
