My name is Tara and I am so excited to help and support you towards your learning goals! I am certified to teach mathematics K-12 and have been teaching Mathematics at the secondary level for the past 15 years now:) I have also taught at the college level where I am all too familiar with the foundations a student needs to be successful moving on into college. There is nothing more exciting to me than seeing a tutees eyes light up from feeling more competent in math after having a productive session with me. I have many different styles of teaching so that I can conform to tutoring in a way that works best for that tutee. I firmly believe that not all students learn the same way as everyone has a unique way to process information.
