I believe that nurturing students who can overcome challenges and become lifelong learners can truly enrich our world. The degrees I have acquired include a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Studies at the University of Guelph and a Bachelor of Education with a focus on Secondary History and Drama from the University of Toronto. I recently graduated with a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing where, among other things, I held multiple Teaching Assistant roles instructing students on a variety of topics including creative writing, essay writing, research methods, and test study strategies. I also have three years of virtual ESL teaching experience and am most passionate about helping students communicate their thoughts and ideas through the written word. In my free time, I write both fiction and non-fiction in between walking my dog, Kiwi.
