I enjoy teaching students how to find that light bulb when they feel like they're in a dark place in their education. I enjoy solving problems with everyone and to see them feel accomplished brings joy to me. I have been in the emergency services and medical field for about 14 years. I am a Paramedic and Firefighter with multi-disciplines in Technical Rescue operations including HAZMAT Technician Level II. I enjoy math and sciences because they are the foundation of everyday living. I remember what it is like to need help and guidance in classes or feel left behind without wanting to make yourself look bad in front of others. I look forward to being that educational light that you need.
