I have previously taught NCLEX prep courses and enjoyed it. I prefer teaching 1 on 1 or in small groups so my student can go at the pace they best learn. I enjoy students who are curious and are driven to learn. Lifelong learning is an essential part of any career and successful training sets you up for advancement.

I have completed my undergraduate Bachelor's degree in Nursing at University of Central Arkansas requiring both in-class and clinical learning. Combining theoretical and hands-on learning techniques really help solidify new concepts and ideas for me and I enjoy learning and teaching using multiple methods.

I went on to complete my Master's graduate degree in Nursing at Georgetown University using in-person, online, and clinical based learning. I found all of these methods helpful in learning and reinforcing new information and ideas. I enjoyed expending on the knowledge I gained in undergraduate school and working as a Registered Nurse in the ICU, as a Case Manager, and Nursing Director before returning to graduate school.

I have completed the NCLEX-LPN/LVN, NCLEX-RN, CCRN Certification, and AANP Certification exams. I also keep up with my ACLS and BLS for Healthcare providers.
