I am a graduate of Cornell University, where I attended the College of Engineering to obtain my Bachelors of Science in computer science. I also received a minor in Information Science. Right now, I have this summer ahead of me, as well as a gap semester, before I return to school in the spring to obtain my Master's degree. In the meantime, I am doing enriching activities such as reading, doing programming projects, and tutoring at Varsity Tutors!
I have tutored quite a bit in the past. I've tutored as a private home tutor, where I helped a 1st grader and a 6th grader with math, science, and English. I also worked at a tutoring company, called Khan's Tutorial, where I taught mathematics to 4th, 5th, and 6th graders. Most recently, I worked at America On Tech, where I taught 11th graders UX/UI design. I love teaching, and my students and I always build such great bonds with each other.
At Varsity Tutors, I help students with coding in Python. My style is all about starting easy and working our way up towards a more complex understanding. Patience is my strong-suit and I try to make lessons as enjoyable as possible!
