Hello,

My name is Matthew Green. I'm 23 years old, and I am looking to combine my background in math & science with my interests in teaching to become an online tutor.

I currently work as a Process Control and Automation Engineer for Emerson Power & Water Solutions in Pittsburgh, PA. In this position, I collaborate with other engineers to design high performance process control solutions for the power, water & wastewater industries.

I recently graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. While at Pitt, I was a Resident Assistant for +2000 students over two years, worked as an engineering intern at PCI Labs, and I held multiple leadership positions with a variety of offices at the University. Before going to Pitt, I was a chemistry & engineering major at Northampton Community College. During this time I was a visiting student researcher at Lehigh University, the president of the NCC engineering club for 2 semesters, and a member of the Phi Theta Kappa honor society.
