I am a graduate of Northwest Missouri State University. I received my B.S. Ed. in Social Studies with a focus on Early American History and East Asian History. I am most passionate about Early American History and East Asian History, though I tutor many other subjects. In my experience, helping struggling students with preparation and study skills leads to self-sufficient learners who are capable of tackling any challenges they encounter. I am a firm believer in the value of education and the importance of taking charge of one's own learning. Teachers can only do so much, it is the responsibility of the student to attack new challenges with fervor.
I am currently working towards a degree and/or career in International Relations and have extensive research experience that has benefitted me as a political scientist and a historian.
