I am currently an undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a concentration in creative writing and a minor in philosophy at Georgia State University. I tutor in many different subjects including, but not limited to English, geometry, British literature, math, and other areas. If I had to describe my teaching philosophy and style, I would say that I strive to make the academic setting a comfortable and safe atmosphere for all students. Learning can be difficult and not everyone is accustomed to learning in the same ways, so I want to make sure all students can feel vulnerable enough to ask questions and feel free to grow as independent thinkers. I have volunteered in a school setting multiple times, and I love working with children. I am strongly passionate when it comes to education and creating valuable experiences when it comes to learning.
Undergraduate Degree: Georgia State University - Bachelor in Arts, English
Outside of academia, I am extremely passionate about music and philosophy. I have spent seven years training on the piano and in other areas of the musical category. I minor in philosophy and spend much of my time reading up on new imaginative theories and formulated philosophies. I also love spending time with my sweet kitten, Angel, and watching movies!
