Dr. Joseph Issa is a senior software engineer and data scientist with over 25 years of industry and academic experience. Dr. Issa's educational background includes a Ph.D. in computer engineering from Santa Clara University and a Master's degree in Information and Data Science from the University of California at Berkeley. Dr. Issa researched processor performance and developed several performance prediction models for cloud computing frameworks.
