I have over 25 years of nursing experience. I have worked in many areas including adult/pediatric ER Specialty, adult/pediatric ICU, NICU, CICU, PCU and SNF, home health, Hospice and case management. I am currently the Clinical Nursing Instructor at my local University, and I have worked as an Academic Coach for the past 7 years online for UT of Arlington. I completed my MSN and my DNP degrees online via Walden University so I am very aware of the challenges this type of learning environment can create in organizing family, work, and school commitments. I am excited about tutoring students and assisting them because I love to teach and help people. I feel Nursing and serving others is my calling.
