Teaching has been my life's journey.
I have a degree in Elementary Education from Lock Haven University and am a certified Elementary and Middle School English Teacher. I have taught in a variety of educational settings that include co-teaching, inclusion, special education, one-on-one intervention, parochial, charter, and public schools.

I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), Registered Children's Yoga Teacher (RCYT-95) with a Trauma-Informed Focus, Mindfulness Educator, and hold a certificate in School Leadership for Social-Emotional Learning and Character Development (SEL). I am a life-long student, always learning and striving to deepen my knowledge and expand my experience to better serve the kids and adults I work with!

As an SEL coach and trainer, I work together with administrators to create district-wide initiatives, mission or vision statements, and professional development to include Social-Emotional Learning skills seamlessly. From parent academies and staff yoga classes to Workshops and Professional Development, I bring joy and humor into everything I do. I have successfully worked with several school districts in my native New Jersey and look forward to continuing to do so in my new home of Nevada.

I am passionate about sharing yoga and mindfulness with the Community. Working with homeschool groups, youth groups, or privately in homes, and I use all my experience to create the perfect class or workshop for clients.
