Every student has a unique way of learning. The trick is unlocking what that is in a safe and nurturing environment. We learn through doing, through mistakes, through trying things a few different ways. Conventional teaching methods don't always allow this level of individualization. We learn and remember the most when we're actively engaged, enjoying what we're learning, having fun, and making meaningful connections. Learning is not simply memorization, it is being firmly rooted in the knowledge where you yourself could explain it to someone else.
