My 30+ years of teaching secondary mathematics has taught me each student is an individual who has unique issues with learning math. I firmly believe that if I listen well, I can find out what issues have to be addressed to help each student learn math well. The goals of each student is also unique and I will do everything to help each student reach their goals and not try to have every student learn the same way.
