As a manager that worked for multiple years (too many!!) in international environments, and with a lot of professional and personal interactions with peers and personnel at all organizational levels, I got to the strongest belief that being capable of sharing experiences and knowledge is , possibly, the most powerful tool leaders have in their toolbox. I mentored for most of my career in several subjects - and I was also a professional teacher in technical subjects in the Italian high school system at the very early stages of my career. I always enjoyed teaching-or, more precisely, sharing what I know. And , at the same time, learning from the others' experiences has always enriched me a lot!
