Hi Future Students!

I am a 200 hour certified Yoga Alliance instructor and I'm looking forward to teaching you yoga!

Yoga is not about fancy poses or working out.

Yoga is a self-practice that builds inner-resilience and peace. It gives us the ability to feel like we can go through our lives with balance and compassion.

I teach two group classes online per week, and am looking forward to teaching more one-on-ones and reaching new students.

I offer private one-on-one classes for $60/hour or group classes at $15/hr.
