I graduated from Seattle Pacific University with a BS in Physiology and a minor in Bioethics. I have always held a strong passion for learning and enjoy sharing that passion with others. I have professionally tutored lower division college chemistry courses for two years and my favorite subject to tutor would be general chemistry, although I have a deep fondness for organic chemistry as well. I believe that every new challenge is an opportunity for growth. Difficulties in learning are often frustrating but they serve as chances to better one's own learning process. Outside of academia, I enjoy crafting and DIYs, as well as baking. I know that everyone is capable of learning anything they want to learn, but recognize that the way in which learning happens is not limited to a single path which is why I am always willing to attempt different approaches with students to determine how best they learn and how best I can help them to do so.

I regularly enjoy thrift shopping, attempting DIYs, and baking new things in the kitchen. I hope to become a dentist, so I am still learning things myself. I strive to learn new things always from any experience life throws my way.
