Personal Bio/Educational background
Sharquilla Howard is a Substance Abuse Program Specialist. The efforts of the program specialist focus on empowering individuals, families, organizations and communities to make healthy, responsible lifestyle choices. She was born and raised in Henderson NC. She has resided in Durham since 2009 where she pursued her education at North Carolina Central University. Sharquilla received her B.S.in Public Health from NCCU, as well as her M.P.A. Sharquilla has been working with the youth and the young adult population since 2009 in many different capacities. Sharquilla enjoys spending time with friends, traveling, and reading.
