I graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and a minor in Education. I have tutored privately for over 15 years but have also worked with many different companies and schools tutoring one on one as well as teaching large groups of a 100+ students; some of these being the University of Florida Athlete Association, Study Edge, and the Florida Museum of Natural History. I have always loved helping students work through difficult subjects like math, and showing them the fun that can be had with it and how much it relates to real life. I believe in the power of teaching to the specific learning style of each student and love using hands on activities (even from a distance) as much as possible. I am also passionate about the arts and what an impact they have on our minds and our creativity. In my spare time, I love to draw and paint, play PC games, and spend time with my kids.
