Studies can be challenging, but that does not mean you have to face that challenge alone! I am here to work with you.

I received my Bachelors of Science in Animal Science and Minor in Nutrition at North Carolina State University (NCSU) in 2019. At NCSU, I received over two years of tutoring experience in organic chemistry and nutrition. I also worked for four years with elementary to college-age students as an equine therapist. I am currently at the Gilling's School of Public Health at the University of North Carolina (Chapel Hill) where I am receiving my Masters in Public Health and Registered Dietetic license.

I tutor any math and science subjects. Some of my favorite subjects include chemistry, biology and algebra. I enjoy teaching these subjects since they form the backbone to many concepts applied in higher-level courses. With a firm understanding of these backbone subjects, the rest of the subjects can be taken on in a breeze!

My tutoring style can be described by differentiated instruction. This means, I believe that every student's mind is unique and thus every student has a unique learning style. My goal in differentiated instruction is to learn how you learn best and then use your unique learning style to help you through your studies.

Outside of tutoring and my academics, you can find me strumming my guitar, playing volleyball and running with my puppy! I also love to explore the outdoors, whether mountains or seas.
