My career and academic preparations are inclusive of over 10 years experience in education specializing in ECE. Initially, I began my career as a teacher and later transitioned into a leadership position as a director and curriculum specialist. Degrees include a B.A. in English and concentration in education; M.S. in Science in education, with a specialization in Administration and leadership. I recently completed a second master's degree in professional studies from LIM College in New York.

I have an exuberant appreciation for art, music (singing)and fashion. Throughout many years of volunteerism with non-profits, ministries and the community; I use my professional experiences and interactions to emphasize and reshape systems that create educational barriers in achieving success.
