I am a financial planner and provide comprehensive financial planning services to families and small business owners. I have taught personal finance at a university and enjoy guiding people through financial planning discussions -- including investment planning, insurance planning, retirement planning, estate planning and tax planning.

In addition, I spent 25 years as an EMT and paramedic and have taught many medical classes at high schools and community colleges. I have been a CPR and advanced first aid instructor since 1991. I have been a Wilderness Advanced First Aid instructor since 2010.

I have also been a professional trombone player -- playing in different orchestras. I also was a trombone performance major during my college years.
