I was born and raised in Washington D.C., which hold wonderful memories and experiences that have shaped my life for the better. I graduated from American University in 2017 after a long hiatus from school. Going back to school later in life, truly made me appreciate all of the benefits of an enriched collegiate environment. I moved to Charleston two years ago to teach in a small progressive school. 4th and 5th Grades worked closely together throughout the academic year and I would frequently substitute teach in 5th Grade.
My colleagues and peers would describe me as having an extra bubbly personality, funny, dedicated, loyal, and full of optimism. My communication skills, team player attitude, people-centric nature, and compassion have afforded me excellent critical thinking skills.
