In 2019, I graduated from SUNY Binghamton University with a B.S. in Anthropology. Currently, I am a biology teacher in Baltimore City. I am very passionate about anthropology, and all that it encompasses, and education. I have experience tutoring peers in the four sub-fields of anthropology and I have formal experience teaching and tutoring high school students in biology. My favorite topics to teach are human genetics and evolution as I find these topics incredibly interesting.
In my spare time, I like to keep up with recent discoveries surrounding extinct hominins. As an educator, I strongly believe that every student can learn. However, we are all divergent learners and our learning styles should be treated as strengths when engaging with new or difficult material.
Undergraduate Degree: SUNY at Binghamton - Bachelor of Science, Physical Anthropology
In my spare time, I enjoy keeping up with current events, audiobooks, skincare, hair care, and watching Netflix, of course.
