I am currently a Freshman at Vanderbilt University studying Cognitive Science in the Peabody School of Education and Human Development. I am planning on taking classes on the pre-med pathway and hope to get into medical school so I can be a physician in Emergency medicine. In high school, I worked at Kumon, tutoring Calculus 1 and 2. I also helped students with English and Reading comprehension. In addition, I created my own personal tutoring business for students in and around my area. I tutored introductory levels of biology, chemistry, and physics while focusing on Algebra, Geometry, and Pre-Calculus. The combination of my 2 experiences have proven to be a catalyst for my tutoring career. I am most passionate about Math and Science, specifically focusing on Calculus 1 and 2 (AB and BC) as well as Algebra, Geometry and Trigonometry, and Pre-Calculus. In terms of the sciences, I have had significant success in high school and advanced placement level Biology, Physics, and Chemistry. My tutoring style is very unique and personalized for each student I work with. Considering the fact that I have worked with a plethora of age groups and skill levels, I understand the different methods of teaching and guidance. I live by the idea that learning is a holistic and enlightening experience. Students should not learn to memorize or copy. Students should be encouraged to use their imagination and craft new approaches to solve problems.

Quite frankly, my interests and hobbies are all over the place. If you saw me at home, I would be doing one of three things. I would either be dancing and recording a video for my Instagram, playing video games with my friends, or working out in my garage. I am an avid bollywood and hip-hop dancer and I love to post covers and original dances on my Instagram. Moreover, I enjoy watching football and basketball with my friends and family. My favorite NFL team is the Pittsburgh Steelers and undoubtedly, the greatest player of all time has to be Michael Jordan. Outside of sports, I am a huge philosophy buff and consider myself to be a practicing stoic. I can talk to someone about Kant, Aristotle, Hume, Plato, or Socrates for hours and hours on end.
