I'm a language nerd and travel enthusiast with a dual degree in English and French from Johns Hopkins University. I have three years of professional tutoring and teaching experience, first as a Study Consultant in college and now as an English teaching assistant in France. My process is highly personalized: my priority is getting to know my students so that I can accurately identify the aspects of the material that are the most difficult for them. After we identify these aspects, I tailor solutions to help them surmount these difficulties. I like my students to take an active role in this process, and frequently ask them to assess whether the solutions I've offered are effective, so that I can modify those that aren't.
