I recently graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from the University of Pittsburgh, along with a Chemistry minor and certificates in Global Health and Arabic. Prior to college, I regularly tutored high school peers in science and math. Through a college student organization, I later tutored refugee and immigrant adults and children in topics including ESL, reading comprehension, and math. I was also a teaching assistant for an intermediate-level Arabic course. While I can tutor for a variety of subjects due to my academic background, my specialties are math, biology, chemistry, and ESL. Each student has a unique learning style and needs, and I like to learn about my students and tailor tutoring sessions accordingly.
