I am a graduate of Denison University, with a Bachelor of Arts in International studies, African American studies and Economics. My interest and passion for teaching is a result of my deep desire to learn. I enjoy exploring new concepts that are unfamiliar to me and challenging myself to discover solutions to complex issues. Helping students understand difficult course materials is exciting because It allows me to learn and participate in their academic development. My teaching style is unique in that I challenge my students to find their own approaches to solving difficult problem sets. I allow them to draw their own conclusions on subject matters and help them think deeply about the question being asked and the key concepts needed to answer the question.
