I'm a PhD student studying entomology (that's insects!) and biostatistics. I'm really passionate about teaching and hope to work as a professor once I finish my degree. In the meantime, I miss teaching and wanted to get back into tutoring to keep my teaching skills sharp and interact with students.
I taught middle school and high school life sciences for several years before going to graduate school. I also have experience tutoring 6 - 12th grade math and the ACT Math and Science subject tests. I'm proficient in applied statistics and the statistical programming language R, and would be very happy to tutor more students in these subjects.
