I have helped hundreds of students across the country by connecting to their passions and making learning matter. My educational background provides me the ability to teach in an interdisciplinary manner that allows students see the big picture. I'm certified to teach math, biology, chemistry, physics, Earth science, English, and social studies. I do my best to connect the subjects in a fun and interesting way. As an experienced educator, I know the importance of truly listening to each student's concerns and connecting to his or her style of learning. My ultimate goal is to do everything in my power to help each student meet his or her goals.

On a personal note, I am married with two sons. I'm passionate about the environment and started recycling programs while I was a student at the University of Michigan. I enjoy the NBA and NFL and have been pulled into reality tv--"The Bachelor," "The Bachelorette," and "Survivor"--by my older son.
