I am currently a graduate student at Baylor College of Medicine in my residency to become a certified prosthetist orthotist. I'm a class of '20 University of Iowa grad (go Hawks!) with a BSE in Biomedical Engineering. I am originally from Minnesota, and that is where I currently live. I have a passion for tutoring because I get to help students feel confident in themselves and do better in school, whether I am working with elementary school kids or undergraduate college students. I have three years of experience tutoring Multivariable Calculus and Differential Equations at the College of Engineering Tutoring Center at the University of Iowa, as well as 1 year of tutoring with Varsity Tutors, so I am very comfortable tutoring most math subjects. My goal in tutoring is to make sure that my students not only get the right answers, but also understand how they got them. Ultimately, I hope to make learning a bit more enjoyable and show students what they are capable of.
