As a certified teacher for 12 years, I have taught math from 6-12 grade. I have learned how to assess a student's strengths and weaknesses while providing them with instruction and activities that help them practice the specific skills they need to improve. I have designed lessons for students with various learning styles using teacher-designed curriculum. I have worked with students in small groups and one-on-one during school tutoring opportunities.
