I'm a recent graduate of Columbia University with a BA in English and Comparative Literature. Interests include literature from various regions (I read German and Ancient Greek) and philosophy of knowledge as well as literary theory, but I have experience in tutoring high school math and English as well. I like to work with students who are engaged and who want to take charge in their own learning, and tend to mold my curriculum to help them develop their interests and thinking abilities.
When not contemplating the best kind of life (Aristotelian vs. Platonic), I like to dance ballet and modern dance, attend theatres around New York City, go for walks in different neighborhoods, and try different chocolates.
