I have been teaching/tutoring students since 1997. In the classroom I have taught most levels of high school math as well as physics and AP physics. Outside of the classroom I have over 7000 hours of 1 on 1 and small group tutoring in all levels of math through college Calculus 3, physics, chemistry, SAT and ACT. SAT and ACT are my favorite subjects to tutor because they are very stressful for students and I can provide confidence. I love teaching/tutoring because of the lightbulbs. I love it when a student goes from lost to a lit light bulb of understanding. I studied at Mechanical Texas A&M University and received my Bachelor of Science from Charter Oak State College. When I tutor, I ask the student questions to guide them through to understanding the subject. It varies from student to student depending on what point they are starting from. My goal is to not only increase understanding, but increase the level of confidence. Outside of academics I love to go camping, traveling, sports, card games and board games.A
