As a task-oriented person with an enthusiasm for helping others, I find great joy in designing lesson plans that engage and motivate my students to succeed. As an elementary school teacher, I spend time with my students during an important phase in life. They are developing a zest for learning, ability to effectively communicate, integrated motor skills, and figuring out how to navigate the world with confidence. It's a fascinating journey of self-discovery. I have the privilege of helping them become better readers, analytical thinkers, and competent writers. To facilitate academic success, I learn who my students are, discern how they need support, and teach them how to master skills autonomously using a variety of instructional strategies.
