I've always had a passion for English, composition, and literature coupled with a keenness to share it with others. These motivations led me to a path of teaching which I have pursued for almost a decade as a middle and high school Language Arts, Drama, and EAL teacher. With my career spanning over three continents and eight countries, I have had the opportunity to help a diverse population of students foster a love of English, polish their grammar skills, and develop their voices as writers.

With a Master of Teaching degree focusing on Secondary English Education, a Bachelor of Arts degree focusing on English, TEFL certification, and years of experience, I have a strong foundation in Language Arts and the necessary pedagogy that goes along with it.

On a personal level, I am a great communicator and listener and am adept at understanding students' educational needs. I am a kind hearted and friendly professional who looks forward to helping your child maximize his or her learning experience and potential.
