I am broadly educated teacher who has instructed a variety of subjects to many ages, ethnicities and socio-economic groups in over 20 countries.

I have two degrees in Art and 3 Masters Degrees: in Religious Studies, Special Education and Asian Studies. I taught Special Education for 9 yearsincluding gifted education, and was an adjunct professor for five years teaching a variety of subjectsEnglish, Art History, Religious Studies and Studio Art.

I am an accomplished yoga teacher who has taught the history, philosophy and practice of yoga throughout America and Asia and spent time as a triathlete and swim coach. I have maintained my swimming practice and am an expert in stroke mechanics, flip-turns, hydrodynamics and breath control. I deeply enjoy teaching swimming.

I have published over 50 scholarly and popular articles and 1 book. I am passionate about the art of writing and love to teach it, too.
